New Construction 2015
The 2 buildings in the 2 photos above are part of a complex of 5 buildings with a total of 244 apartments called CityLine. They sit on a large parcel of land that was once the Zion Preparatory Academy, very near the Columbia City Station, about half a mile from Ell Alley.
The 2 photos above show the Angeline Apartments building, which is much larger than any other building in Columbia City. There is a PCC Natural Market in most of the ground floor with 6 floors & 193 apartments above.
This landscape construction is called the Columbia City Gateway. It sits on land that is part of the Columbia School. It is a small plaza filled with planters, each with a tree & some with benches.
This commercial building on Rainier Avenue in Columbia City replaced the decrepit Angie's Tavern. Salted Sea is the restaurant on the ground floor.
Super Six is in this remodeled garage in Columbia City that once housed Esmay's Auto Rebuild pictured below in May 2013.
These 2 large houses on one standard lot are east of the Columbia City business district.
The 4 houses above were built on Lexington Place very near Ell Alley.
This was the last house built in Rainier Vista, part of a group of 7 houses.
The 3 photos above show some of the 7 houses that were built on this last parcel of land for houses in Rainier Vista.
This park with stairs, walkways, lighting & an odd sculpture was constructed above the soccer field in Rainier Vista.
These 2 houses on Renton Avenue are half a mile north of Ell Alley.
